COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Square D 8536SCG3V81CFF4H200T parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Square-D products, including obsoleted and phased-out Stainless-Motors parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ssd product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Square-D such as the 8Q1840A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the XPA2C02N04B1T manufactured by Stainless-Motors and we are pleased to be able to service most Stainless-Motors systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 0220413BG by Manufacturer Ssd as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Star Brand 165329410 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Stearns such as 105673107NF equipment made by Stearns have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Stearns products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Stearns" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CH362 made by Square-D as well as the popular 8536SFO1S original spares produced by Square-D Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the H364NRB by Square-D and 105673107NF spares by Stearns are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 8536SCG3V81CFF4P1P2R44TX11 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Square-D. |
